Our distillery produces what is probably the oldest gin in the Mediterranean. It does it in an artisanal way based on a recipe from the early 1700s and on copper alembics with more than 250 years old, a singularity for which it has been deserving of recognition as a 'Gin de Mahón' Geographical Indication. Miguel Pons Justo, S.A.- Destilerías Xoriguer, is a family business that produces more than half a million bottles of Gin Xoriguer per year and commercialize its in countries such as Spain, the United States, France, Italy, Japan, Australia, Mexico or New Zeland.
