Age-specific classes serve children from ages three and up, teens, and adults. Young students develop coordination, focus, respect, and foundational martial arts skills, while teen programs emphasize fitness, responsibility, and leadership. Adult Krav Maga teaches practical self-defense, situational awareness, and decision-making under pressure. Kickboxing offers martial arts training and a challenging fitness option. Xtreme Edge also supports a competitive team and brings its community together through holiday parties and other events.
