Eventgroove-Beta is a beta event-ticketing platform from Elk River Systems-BETA, Inc., designed to help organizers publish events and sell tickets online. Hosts can create an event, collect payments, and manage event listings, with the site promoting free access for event hosts and very low fees for ticket buyers. Visitors can search for events by name or location, browse listings, and find options across categories such as music, festivals, fundraisers, dance, performing arts, sports, and free events.

Event pages provide details including dates, times, venues, and ticket or registration links. The platform also offers account access and sign-up, alongside a Help Center, video tutorials, and contact information. The supplied site identifies itself as a beta testing system for internal use and directs real customers to Eventgroove’s live website.

Accordingly, Eventgroove-Beta should be understood as a test version showcasing online event discovery and ticket sales, rather than the recommended destination for customers seeking the live service
