Y-ACT Youth In Action is a dynamic and influential youth-led movement that was formed at Amref Health Africa. Established by a group of innovative young individuals in 2017, Y-ACT aims to address challenges that have been prioritized by the youth. With a strong focus on equality and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), Y-ACT empowers and uplifts youth advocates, enabling them to become change-makers in their communities.

Through tailored training, mentoring, coaching, and coalition-building support, Y-ACT equips African youth advocates and organizations with the necessary tools and skills to drive policy changes at both the national and regional levels. The movement strongly believes that Africa's youth have the power to reshape policy landscapes and overcome the obstacles they face, ultimately realizing their full potential.
