With a focus on empathy and support, the cooperative offers a variety of services designed to assist families in planning compassionate farewells to their loved ones. In addition to traditional funeral services, they host educational programs such as the Funeral Knowledge Basics Course, which aims to enhance public understanding of funeral practices and preparations.

Although some events have been postponed due to health concerns, the cooperative remains committed to serving the community through ongoing outreach initiatives and informative newsletters, like the "Palette," which keep members informed of their activities and available resources. The Yamanote Funeral Cooperative also emphasizes social contributions, participating in community workshops and consultations to guide individuals through end-of-life planning.
