Yarn About Yarn is an independent handweaving brand created by Christine, a handweaver, knitter and maker based on the Far North Coast of New South Wales, Australia. The brand celebrates distinctive, one-of-a-kind wearable art for women who value originality and the care behind handmade work. Each piece is woven by Christine on a loom in her home studio, from selecting yarns and colours to completing the final textile. Thoughtful combinations of colour, texture and natural or blended fibres give every item its own character; no two pieces are the same.

The collection includes handwoven jackets, tops, scarves and wraps, along with small “Mini Makes” and weaving kits for creating woven items at home. Yarn About Yarn also shares journal updates and offers a mailing list for news about shop updates, textile releases and behind-the-scenes glimpses.
