Служба Ясное утро

Yasnoe Utro (“Clear Morning”) is a Russian support service for people affected by cancer and their families. Since 2007, it has operated a nationwide helpline at 8-800-100-0191, available around the clock, free of charge and anonymously. Callers can speak with experienced psychologists, consult lawyers specializing in medical law, and receive information about navigating treatment. The service also offers in-person psychological consultations in hospitals in Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as support groups for patients and for people grieving the loss of a loved one. Groups are available both in person and online.

Yasnoe Utro provides practical resources for patients, including articles, answers to common questions, a directory of organizations and a service for submitting questions to psychologists or lawyers. Its legal support covers issues such as patients’ rights and access to free medicines. The organization also develops projects and educational materials for patients, relatives, medical professionals and psychologists. Its work recognizes that cancer affects not only physical health but also emotional wellbeing, relationships and everyday life.
