Yayasan Pembangunan Pelajar

Yayasan Pembangunan Pelajar (YPP) is a Malaysian foundation dedicated to developing and empowering communities through education. Established on 23 December 2019 and based in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, it focuses on helping students in need overcome educational barriers and the cycle of family poverty. YPP supports eligible learners at all levels of study, with assistance designed to help them continue their education and contribute to their families’ wellbeing.

Its initiatives include sponsoring tuition fees for academically strong students, covering living expenses such as food and clothing, and providing learning resources including books and computers. The foundation also funds soft-skills courses to help students build additional capabilities. YPP invites individuals, companies, government bodies and other organisations to contribute through donations, including online payments and bank transfers. The foundation states that eligible cash donations may qualify for tax relief under applicable Malaysian tax provisions. Through student sponsorship and practical support, YPP aims to help learners focus on their studies and expand future opportunities for themselves and their communities.
