Yacht Club Argentino

Yacht Club Argentino is a sailing and boating club founded in 1883, serving members and the wider yachting community from its locations in Buenos Aires, San Fernando, and Mar del Plata. The club promotes both competitive and recreational sailing, with activities spanning sail yachting and motor yachting. Its calendar features major regattas and championships, including the Argentine ORC Championship, the Star South American Championship, national-class events, and races such as the Triángulo del Plata. It also shares navigation information, weather updates, event schedules, and news about competitions and voyages.

Alongside its sporting program, Yacht Club Argentino provides member services and access to facilities at its various venues. Its offerings include a motor-yachting program, sailing opportunities aboard Fjord VI, and seasonal beach services at Playa Grande in Mar del Plata. The club maintains an active community through events, reciprocal arrangements, and online updates, including videos on its official YouTube channel. With a long history and a broad range of sailing activities, Yacht Club Argentino connects members through boating, competition, and maritime life.
