YCAPS, or the Yokosuka Council on Asia Pacific Studies, is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the study of strategic, diplomatic, and legal issues in the Asia-Pacific region. With its headquarters in Yokosuka City, YCAPS takes advantage of the city's wealth of regional expertise and maritime heritage to foster networks between individuals and facilitate dialogue.
