Northern Goals Association was established in 2004. The Association is working to identify needs, initiate and develop optimal solutions and programs for the benefit of the region's residents, and particularly for young children, youth and families. Our mission is to assist the underprivileged in Northern Israel, helping them reach their true potential and become productive, contributing members of society. Our main fields of activity include: rehabilitation of blind and visually impaired people; a wide variety of early childhood programs; work with disadvantaged adolescent girls and young women; treatment for young victims of sexual assault; empowerment of families living in poverty. The association touches the lives of over 25,000 people a year.

About Northern Goals Association
Northern Goals Association (Yeadim Latzafon) is a brand dedicated to promoting equality and opportunity in northern Israel. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by those living in the region, Northern Goals strives to create a social reality where every individual has an equal chance to fulfill their dreams. One of their key focuses is investing in the younger generation.
They develop and operate accessible services for children, youth, and young adults in the North, ensuring they have the support and resources they need to succeed. Since 2011, Northern Goals has also been dedicated to advancing people with vision loss. Through their expert rehabilitation services provided by Migdal Or, they help individuals with blindness and visual impairment overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Additionally, Northern Goals offers various programs to address specific needs, such as Steps for very young children, Horizon for girls and young women at risk, Family Forward for families living in poverty and exclusion, and the Kerem Center for sexually-abused children and youth. By empowering individuals and families and providing crucial services, Northern Goals Association is making a positive impact on the lives of those in northern Israel
