About Yebetumi
Yebetumi is a registered NGO in Ghana with a vision for a world where the full humanity, dignity, and rights of women and girls of all identities are recognized and upheld. Through a focus on creativity, innovation, and feminist leadership, we aim to influence policy, educate, advocate, and create spaces for inclusion and participation. Our work centers on diversity, inclusion, and resilience, challenging systemic inequalities and promoting collective care through sisterhood and solidarity.
Since 2015, Yebetumi has implemented various programs, including mentorship, skills training, and advocacy, to empower women and girls in rural communities in Ghana. Our initiatives cover a wide range of topics, from sexual and reproductive health to gender equality awareness, aiming to improve livelihoods and ensure equal participation.
