Yellow Cab of Victoria

Yellow Cab of Victoria is an owner-operated taxi company serving Greater Victoria, British Columbia, since 1921. It provides round-the-clock transportation every day of the year, with a focus on timely, safe, courteous, efficient, and environmentally friendly travel. The company operates more than 190 taxis, including six wheelchair-accessible vehicles, and describes its fleet as the largest on Vancouver Island.

Trips are arranged by phone, through the company’s website, or with its free mobile app. The app lets customers book on a map, view nearby available cars, track a taxi as it approaches, contact the driver, and cancel or place another booking. A computerized dispatch system supports bookings, including time calls. Vehicles are clean, comfortable, and non-smoking, and accept major credit and debit cards, offering a convenient alternative to cash.

Yellow Cab also provides customer support for lost property, feedback, and general inquiries, and offers advertising opportunities. Its services cover Victoria and surrounding communities, with affiliations that include Esquimalt Saanich Taxi and Peninsula Taxi.
