YETS Ghana is a socially-driven NGO that uses sports as a powerful tool to empower vulnerable youth and guide them towards a positive role in society. Co-founded and directed by Abdul Razak Umar Kasim, a passionate social entrepreneur and talent development officer, YETS Ghana aims to provide young people with the necessary tools to succeed and make a positive impact in their communities.

The organization's flagship project, the Shakers Basketball Academy, has already made a remarkable difference in the lives of over 80 children from the SOLA Children Home and the local community in Anwiankwanta. Through the implementation of the YETS Methodology, which has been adapted to the Ghanaian culture, the academy has witnessed significant improvements in self-belief, behavior, and academic performance among its participants.

YETS Ghana also recognizes the importance of positive role models in the lives of young people. By creating a safe space where youth can belong and develop independently, the organization aims to prevent social exclusion and promote social integration.

Through a combination of sports, education, and social integration, YETS Ghana is dedicated to empowering Ghana's youth and helping them become active contributors to society. With ongoing projects and the construction of a new community center in Anwiankwanta, YETS Ghana is committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable youth in Ghana.
