Young Fine Gael is the politically autonomous youth wing of the Fine Gael party in Ireland. They maintain their independence to express the views and concerns of young people in the country. Committed to the values of the Fine Gael party, they focus on equality of opportunity, enterprise and reward, safety and security in society, and integrity and ambition in their actions.

Young Fine Gael develops policies and campaigns for a brighter future for young people in Ireland. They have local branches in every Dáil constituency and college branches in third level institutions across the country. Their constitution and rules are regularly updated and endorsed at their national conference.

The organization is led by a dedicated team of individuals, including President Eoghan Gallagher, who brings experience from his previous role as the North West Regional Organiser, and Vice President Steven Murphy, a primary school teacher. Young Fine Gael is passionate about youth representation and works tirelessly to advance the political objectives of young people in Ireland
