Yinglong welcomes teens and adults of all backgrounds and experience levels, offering training in a safe, inclusive, and affordable environment. Classes combine direct, powerful movements intended for real-world self-protection with the graceful, mindful, and disciplined qualities of traditional Kung Fu. Training is also designed to help students develop strength, balance, focus, discipline, and confidence, supporting both fitness and personal growth.

The school provides classes, a structured curriculum with ranks and levels, and instruction covering forms, weapons, and sparring. Prospective students can observe a class or try one class for free.
