The Office for Supporting Youth Innovation Initiatives is an Uzbekistan-based public institution that helps talented young people turn ideas into practical projects, startups, and products. Its support spans the innovation journey, from identifying promising participants and assessing ideas to mentoring, funding assistance, and helping bring completed products into use or to market.

The Office runs competitions, festivals, hackathons, training, seminars, and masterclasses, and connects young innovators with scientists, entrepreneurs, and other mentors. Selected projects can receive startup incubation and acceleration, along with legal, financial, marketing, and investment-related guidance. Grant programs provide funding opportunities, while international partnerships offer internships, exchanges, and joint research with overseas universities, technology parks, and research centres.

Its flagship initiatives include the Kelajak Muhandislari international festival and national engineering competition, a mission to set an engineering Guinness World Record, the Kelajak Muhandislari internship program, and the Bo'lajak Olim innovation grant program. The internship program offers placements at leading institutions in countries including South Korea, Germany, Singapore, and Japan.
