Youth Law Australia, formerly known as Lawstuff, is a community legal service dedicated to providing free and confidential legal information and advice to young people under 25 in Australia. Our goal is to ensure that all children and young people know their rights and have access to justice. We believe in equality and justice for every young person, and we work towards this by empowering them with legal knowledge and information.

Our services include free legal advice, assistance, and referrals through our innovative online platform, available 24/7. We focus on early intervention to address problems before they escalate. Our legal practice consists of three key areas: the Harm Project, which provides anonymous online chat support for young people facing harm; the Young Workers’ Rights Service, which offers specialist employment advice and representation to prevent the exploitation of young workers; and the General Practice, which provides legal advice and referrals on any legal issue.

Additionally, we advocate for the rights and best interests of young people, monitor child rights, and actively participate in law reform. Through our research and education initiatives, we have achieved positive legal and policy changes on important issues such as cyberbullying and child protection. Youth Law Australia is a registered charitable organization, and donations are tax-deductible.
