Youth Leadership Initiative (YLI), established on April 18, 2024, in Marrakech, is dedicated to fostering leadership and personal development among young people. This association aims to empower a generation of confident, responsible individuals who can positively impact their communities. YLI envisions building autonomous and engaged youth leaders committed to creating a more just, inclusive, and sustainable world.

To achieve its mission, the organization focuses on strategic goals such as developing essential skills in leadership, communication, and project management. YLI also promotes civic engagement and social action, creates spaces for dialogue on contemporary issues, and offers training in diplomatic skills and international relations. By encouraging social innovation and impact entrepreneurship, YLI builds a network of youth leaders both nationally and internationally.

The team, led by President Ali Benyoussef, is committed to providing young people with the resources and opportunities to learn, express themselves, and take concrete actions in service of their communities and the nation. Together, they strive to nurture a confident, responsible, and engaged youth ready to tackle today and tomorrow's challenges.
