About YLLR
YLLR is the personal website of Hannes Schüller, also known as Hannes Schueller and, for some published work, Mr Creosote. The site collects selected software, web projects, games, and writing created or co-developed on a non-professional basis. Its offerings include Vimprobable, a keyboard-controlled web browser, and Spam Board, open-source bulletin board software for PHP and SQL released under the AGPLv3.
Related projects include WikiNG, a simple wiki designed to work with Spam Board’s accounts and sessions, and Bananenflanke, a German-language online football management game. Schüller has also contributed backend development to the Classic Adventures Solution Archive and maintains a German-language film archive. A substantial section presents his text adventures, spanning early MS-DOS games, later interactive fiction, and English- and German-language releases, alongside downloads and walkthroughs for selected titles.
The site also documents PX/IF, an authoring system for text adventures, and other small game projects. YLLR functions as a personal portfolio and archive, offering information and resources for Schüller’s varied programming and creative work
