YMWIC Foundation Inc

YMWIC Foundation, also known as Young Men and Women In Charge Foundation, is dedicated to increasing workforce diversity by preparing underserved youth for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) careers. Through partnerships with employers, K-12 school districts, universities, and corporations, YMWIC offers a range of programs and services to empower economically disadvantaged and historically underrepresented youth. Their programs include a pre-college after-school program, special interest groups, a summer program, and an upward bound program.

With a structured and rigorous curriculum, these programs provide academic tutoring, mentoring, and financial assistance to help students excel in STEM subjects. YMWIC aims to inspire the next generation of STEM leaders by providing the necessary resources and support.
