Youth Network for Community and Sustainable Development (YNCSD) is a leading advocacy group in Nigeria dedicated to ending harmful traditional practices. They empower young people to speak out for human rights through targeted advocacy, capacity building, communications, and partnerships. In addition to their work on harmful practices, YNCSD also focuses on sexual and reproductive health and rights, governance, and the environment.

Through effective programming, YNCSD transforms social norms and promotes reproductive health and rights, especially in relation to ending Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). Their mission is to advance sustainable development for women and girls by using advocacy, research, and communications. YNCSD believes in the power of collective youth voices, employing an intergenerational, inter-religious, and multidisciplinary approach.
