Yoga für Göttinnen is a women-focused yoga and mentoring brand founded by Charlotte Toma, who has developed its distinctive approach since 2006. Drawing on more than 17 years of experience in yoga and body-based and mental practices, Charlotte supports women navigating midlife and menopause. The brand aims to help participants understand physical and emotional changes, build self-awareness, and find greater balance, confidence, and vitality.

Its offerings include menopause mentoring, yoga courses, personal training, small-group instruction, and a three-stage teacher-training program in Deep Empowerment Yoga. Training begins with Basic Hatha Yoga, with additional modules available. Yoga für Göttinnen combines movement with reflection, presenting yoga as both physical practice and a way to explore thoughts and inner resources. The academy also hosts live and online workshops, retreats, and other events focused on yoga and spiritual practice. Through its programs, Charlotte shares tools and supportive guidance for women seeking fresh perspectives and a more empowered relationship with this stage of life.
