埼玉羽生市のヨガ教室 Yoga Studio H&B

Yoga Studio H&B is a women-only yoga studio in Hanyū, Saitama, serving students from Kazo and across northern Saitama. Set amid fields and open skies near the Saitama Aquarium, the studio offers a calm, nature-connected setting for practice. Informed by 16 years of teaching and the experience of more than 1,200 participants, H&B focuses on aligning body and breath so that both body and mind can feel more settled. Classes are guided with attention to each person’s breathing, physical condition, and emotional state. Beginners are welcome, including people with limited flexibility or no previous exercise experience.

Alongside regular studio classes, H&B offers private yoga in Hanyū, online sessions, and outreach yoga. Its programs include the “Yoga for Living” course, special classes, events, and a heart-and-wellbeing initiative exploring inner balance and self-understanding. The studio also provides a free introductory audio resource and optional consultations, available in person or online. For aspiring teachers, H&B runs a yoga instructor training course as a Yoga Alliance-recognized school, including RYT 200 training.
