Feminine Yoga is the women-focused yoga practice of Franziska Köhler, based at the Blauhorn-Stadel in Hemau, near Regensburg. Its welcoming yoga space offers a place to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself through yoga and sound. Franziska combines these elements in practices designed to feel nourishing, grounding and supportive of inner balance.

The studio provides yoga classes and individual sessions for women, with particular relevance for pregnancy and the period after birth, including for mothers with babies or young children. Seasonal specials and distinctive events add further opportunities to explore yoga and sound in a relaxed setting. Gift vouchers are also available.

Feminine Yoga is shaped by Franziska’s personal passion for sharing yoga and creating a space that feels calm and considered. Participants describe the classes as a restorative break and a way to regain a sense of self.
