Yogababies is a yoga and wellbeing service founded by Jay in 1999, offering tailored one-to-one sessions for women, babies, and children, including children with special needs. Sessions take place in schools, nurseries, and wellbeing centres, as well as in clients’ homes across North London. Its services include antenatal yoga, birthing sessions, postnatal support, baby massage, baby yoga, women’s health yoga, and Yoga for the Special Child.

Antenatal sessions support physical and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy, including support for pelvic pain and concerns about birth, and welcome both first-time and returning mothers. Jay’s specialist work draws on extensive experience supporting children with diverse and profound needs, including autistic children. Her professional background includes hospital play specialism, infant massage instruction, perinatal yoga, infant yoga, and advanced training in Yoga for the Special Child.

She is also Birthlight’s special-needs baby yoga tutor and co-wrote a book on baby yoga. Yogababies focuses on individualized care for families through pregnancy, birth, early parenthood, and children’s development
