Yogamama

Yogamama is a women-focused yoga and wellness practice based in Berlin, serving clients in Berlin and Potsdam. Its approach recognizes that every woman and stage of life is different, and offers support for feeling more at home in the body, exploring womanhood, preparing for pregnancy, and enjoying time with a baby. Yoga is presented as a way to better understand the body and connect with the resources of nature.

The services include general yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, yoga for women, private yoga sessions, and business yoga. For new and expectant families, offerings also include Mama Blessing sessions and baby massage. Beyond yoga, clients can explore Gua-Sha facial treatments and massage, purchase gift vouchers, and browse an organic online shop. Yogamama also offers retreats and workshops, alongside yoga impressions and participant feedback on its website. Visitors can learn more about the practitioner, her yoga style, and available services, or contact the practice directly in Berlin. The overall focus is personal wellbeing and supporting women through different life phases.
