Yogawave offers yoga classes in North Leeds, led by Claire Goodall, an experienced teacher who believes yoga is for everyone. Claire has practised yoga for 19 years and taught for eight, completing the British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma. Her approach focuses on noticing how the body feels while moving, stretching and strengthening, rather than striving to achieve a perfect pose.
