About YORJA
Youth Organisation for Research and Justice Advocacy (YORJA) is a registered Trust under the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Our mission is to empower young people to lead the process of transitional justice, promote accountability, and foster reconciliation in communities affected by conflict and human rights abuses. We provide a platform for African youths, youth-led groups, and other transitional justice stakeholders to participate actively in shaping a more equitable and peaceful society.
YORJA advocates for streamlining transitional justice processes, promotes comprehensive youth engagement, engages policymakers on post-conflict development, enhances the popularization of transitional justice policies, and collaborates with other youth-led groups for a more inclusive approach.
