With a rich history dating back to 1991, Yorktown was initially established by the firm's founders while they were working at Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., a renowned investment banking firm.
In 1997, when Dillon Read was sold to Swiss Bank Corp., the visionary founders took the opportunity to acquire Yorktown and have since been steering the company towards success. At Yorktown, investments are made by a team of experienced professionals who are fully committed to the firm.
