Yoseikan 13

Yoseikan 13 is a martial arts school serving the communities of Saint-Cannat, Ventabren and Rognac. With a history spanning more than 19 years in Saint-Cannat and over 15 years in Rognac and Ventabren, the club welcomes students of different ages and experience levels to discover Yoseikan Budo in a friendly, supportive environment. Led by technical director Kyoshi Mochizuki and a team of instructors, the school presents Yoseikan Budo as a comprehensive martial art grounded in practical training, personal development and shared values.

Classes are available for children, teenagers and adults, with sessions tailored to different ages and abilities. Young children can take part in parent-and-child activities, movement games and coordination exercises, while older students explore group work, forms, sparring and martial arts techniques. Adult offerings include general Yoseikan Budo, technical aiki and self-defence, and music-based cardio training. Sessions may cover striking, throws, controls, sticks, ground work, balance and physical conditioning. Yoseikan 13 offers a free trial class and flexible course choices across its three locations.
