YOUCAN (Young Climate Action Network) is an international, non-partisan, youth-led movement working to advance climate justice and build a more resilient, sustainable future. Founded by young people for young people, it mobilizes changemakers to lead climate action, influence policy, and strengthen their communities. Its work spans policy and governance, climate education and leadership development, grassroots and global campaigns, and support for youth-driven innovation and solutions.

YOUCAN connects emerging leaders with resources, funding opportunities, platforms, and partners, while helping turn climate awareness and public pledges into advocacy and policy change. Its initiatives include youth engagement in climate policymaking, campaigns for clean energy and a just transition, climate leadership workshops, and convenings such as Energy Talk. The network also organizes public actions, surveys, and events that bring youth perspectives into national and international discussions.

With a strong presence in Bangladesh and connections to global and local partners, YOUCAN aims to unite young people, promote science-driven and equitable solutions, and ensure they have a meaningful role in shaping climate decisions
