Youmiko Vegan Sushi

Youmiko Vegan Sushi is a Warsaw-based brand devoted to creative, entirely plant-based sushi. Its approach celebrates the variety of ingredients and flavors found in the plant world, combining Japanese culinary inspiration with seasonal produce and the imagination of its sushi chefs. Because the menu changes with the availability of quality vegetables, individual rolls may vary.

A highlight is the Omakase tasting menu, a curated culinary journey featuring 14 kinds of sushi in tasting portions, alongside house-made pickles and tempura. It is served with homemade marinated ginger and freshly grated wasabi. The menu also includes signature sets, and customers can order directly online or by phone. The brand offers catering for business and family occasions, as well as printed and electronic gift vouchers. Customers ordering through the website can join a loyalty program and earn points toward future orders.

Youmiko has announced that it will continue under new ownership from a new Warsaw location at Jana Pawła II 45A, initially offering delivery and personal collection.
