About YOUNG ASPIRING THINKERS
Young Aspiring Thinkers is a Social Enterprise dedicated to providing young high school learners in South Africa with the skills they need to unlock their future careers and overcome the challenge of youth unemployment. Our ultimate goal is to become one of the most transformative youth-led movements in the country. We achieve this through our Career Exposure events and our Illuminate Programme, which offer career exposure and development opportunities.
Our vision is to empower learners in disadvantaged communities by equipping them with the necessary skills to reach their full potential and foster new relationships among bright young minds. We strive to be at the forefront of South Africa's challenging education system, offering versatile and unique programs that enable young individuals to excel in their careers and bridge the gap of after-school programs in public high schools. With over 4 high school partnerships, PBO status approval, 2000+ learner engagements, and 100+ volunteer mentors, we are making a tangible difference in the lives of South African youth.
