Young CEO Club is a merit-based development platform connecting young people aged 10–29 with leadership, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence literacy. It also brings schools, mentors, and the business community together to help prepare the next generation of leaders. Its Junior CEO Program serves ages 10–14 through five gamified modules, club activities, and opportunities to develop an initial business idea. The Senior CEO Program, for ages 15–29, offers case challenges, committee responsibilities, mentor sessions, and certification.

The wider network includes committees, alumni and mentor activities, reverse mentorship, and programs for educators and schools. Young CEO Academy provides leadership, entrepreneurship, and AI literacy training, including prompt education.
