Your AI Department (YAID) is a San Francisco-based enterprise AI team serving organizations globally. Led by exited founders and former AI leaders from Google, Meta, Samsung, and Coinbase, the company helps businesses turn AI priorities into practical, measurable results. Its services combine education, engineering, and senior leadership: practitioner-led training uses clients’ own data and workflows; embedded engineers build and deploy production AI systems; and fractional AI leadership guides investment and delivery decisions. YAID also offers AI readiness audits and prioritized roadmaps, consulting, and support in hiring certified AI engineers.

The company’s work includes AI agents, automated workflows, and systems designed to improve business operations. Its case studies describe deployments in capital markets, auto finance, events, and telehealth, including voice AI and tools that consolidate information across systems. YAID emphasizes evaluation, observability, knowledge transfer, and linking initiatives to revenue, cost, or risk outcomes. For engineers, it provides a pathway to Claude certification, exam practice resources, and a professional network with member exam access and listings for certified professionals.
