Your D+I

Your D+I is a UK workplace and inclusion consultancy helping organisations build better cultures, support managers and respond confidently to challenging workplace situations. Founded by Chris, the business works with organisations across the UK, Scotland and Europe, from SMEs to national organisations and major brands. It has supported more than 200 businesses through training, audits and consultancy.

Its services include Workplace+, offering ongoing practical guidance and resources; hands-on consultancy on workplace culture, investigations, complex situations, strategy and organisational change; and tailored training for managers and teams. Topics include difficult conversations, inclusive leadership, psychological safety, banter and allyship. Your D+I also supports organisations with B Corp justice, equity, diversity and inclusion requirements, including equity audits, strategy, assessment and improvement.

With a prevention-first approach, Your D+I focuses on useful tools and advice rather than theoretical guidance, helping organisations address concerns before they escalate. Its work also covers grievances, conflict, behaviour, inclusion audits, recruitment processes and policy changes.
