Your Doula Teeks

Teeks is a doula service offering personalised support to help families feel informed, prepared and confident through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. Led by Teeks, the service provides a calm, non-judgmental space to discuss concerns, understand birth-related information and make choices that reflect each family’s values. Support is tailored to individual circumstances and may include preparation for different birth experiences, including planned caesarean birth and VBAC.

Services include a free, obligation-free 20-minute phone or Zoom chat, mini birth preparation sessions, birth preparation packages, and combined birth preparation and postpartum support packages. Sessions can help clients explore their preferences, create a birth plan, consider how to advocate for themselves and prepare for labour, recovery and early parenthood. Teeks also shares helpful information, links and materials, with postpartum support available after the birth. Client feedback highlights the value of the guidance, preparation and check-ins, as well as the opportunity to talk openly and feel heard.
