Your Kids OT is a Sydney-based paediatric occupational therapy service and educational resource created by Cindy, an occupational therapist who is passionate about helping children reach their potential through creative learning. The website supports parents, educators and therapists with ideas and activities that make learning engaging for children. Alongside its online articles and blog, Your Kids OT provides direct therapy intervention for children in Sydney and offers occupational therapy supervision.

Its resources cover a broad range of developmental and learning areas, including sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, handwriting, coordination, executive functioning, play, daily living skills, visual perception, and social-emotional learning and regulation. Families and professionals can also explore printable products designed to support children’s learning and development, as well as free resources, a YouTube library and practical activity ideas. Articles include topics such as arts and crafts and cooking with children. Your Kids OT presents its content for educational and entertainment purposes and clarifies that it does not replace individual advice from a health professional.
