Your Tiny Town

Your Tiny Town is a Franklin, Tennessee, studio creating handcrafted architectural miniatures of the places that make a community feel like home. Founded by artist Gregg Zollinger, the brand began with a Christmas village that lacked the real buildings of downtown Franklin. Each original miniature is built by hand using reference photos, then carefully painted and finished with details such as brickwork, weathering, and tiny signage. The growing Town Collection features local landmarks, including the Franklin Theatre and Gray’s on Main, recreated at 1:64 scale.

Customers can browse original pieces and reserve small-batch, hand-painted replicas made from 3D-printed versions of the originals. The studio also accepts commissions to recreate personally meaningful places, such as a childhood home, a storefront, or a church. From research and careful assembly to the finishing touches, each creation reflects the time and patience required to bring familiar buildings to life in miniature. Your Tiny Town offers collectors and local admirers a distinctive way to celebrate Franklin and preserve the places they love.
