Team Ireland Baseball is a player development and heritage program that gives young athletes the opportunity to represent their Irish heritage through baseball. It identifies, evaluates, and develops players who are Irish citizens or qualify to become citizens of Ireland, while fostering a positive experience centered on teaching, respect, and growth. Working with coaches, the program aims to help players reach their potential and build a connection to Ireland and Irish culture.

The program serves children and youth ages 8 to 18 and brings eligible players together for tournaments and events. It is not a travel baseball team: participants remain with their existing travel or summer teams and join Team Ireland when schedules allow. The organization also recognizes players’ school and travel baseball affiliations.

Its directory features player profiles and links to videos and social media, with listings searchable by graduation year, location, and content type. Team Ireland Baseball is supported by the Irish American Baseball Society, a US-based nonprofit celebrating Irish contributions to baseball and supporting the generation of players.
