About U.S. Ambassador's Youth Council
The U. S. Ambassador's Youth Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering education and strengthening Czech-American partnerships.
Established by Ambassador Stephen B. King in March 2018, the Council has grown into a structured and impactful association. Its headquarters are located in the beautiful Sněmovní 7 Palace, in Prague's American Center.
The idea of collaboration between American diplomacy and young individuals was first introduced by Youth Advisor for the U. S. Secretary of State, Ronan Farrow, in 2011.
Since then, the concept has been implemented by various U. S. diplomatic missions, including the U.
S. Ambassador's Youth Council in the Czech Republic. The Youth Council engages in a range of projects, including town halls, meetings with officials, and promoting freedom and debate.
They also collaborate with several partners to ensure their mission is achieved effectively. With a strong organizational structure, led by dedicated leaders, the Youth Council continues to make a significant impact on the education and engagement of Czech youth in public affairs
