European Youth Energy Network (EYEN) is a European network that focuses on youth engagement in the energy transition. Their vision is to be the voice of all energy-focused youth organizations in Europe and empower young people to lead the way in the European energy transition. Currently, there is a lack of youth involvement in energy policy, and EYEN aims to address that by connecting and empowering energy-focused youth organizations in Europe.

EYEN's mission is achieved through three key actions. First, they connect energy-focused youth organizations with each other and with actors in the energy sector at both international and local levels. Second, they disseminate opportunities and share knowledge to develop skills through training programs, improving the outreach of youth organizations.

Finally, EYEN empowers young energy leaders by facilitating their engagement with national and European governments, as well as their participation in high-level debates.
