About Youth in Transition
Youth in Transition | Auckland is a brand dedicated to supporting young people on their journey back to an awesome life. With a team of skilled and passionate therapists, psychologists, nurses, and social workers, they provide quality and timely mental health interventions. Their mission is to provide a secure transitional pathway for young people at risk of suicide, helping them recover and thrive.
The brand's story is one of community support and generosity. It began with a few individuals who were deeply affected by the high youth suicide rates in New Zealand. Since then, the organization has grown into a network of dedicated volunteers and community helpers who equip young people with the skills and resources to live fulfilling lives.
Youth in Transition believes that everyone needs a community where they feel they belong, and they aim to be that community. From offering work experience to providing cooked meals, donations of furniture and equipment, reduced rent, and specialized therapy, they work tirelessly to support their clients.
