Youth NHL Experience

The Youth NHL Experience League is a premier elite-level travel hockey spring league in New York State, designed exclusively for top young talents in the sport. With a focus on competitive play, the league is comprised of outstanding players from Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, and surrounding regions. Participation in the league is determined by a drafting process to ensure that only the best players are showcased, making it distinct from open registration leagues.

The 2026 Youth NHL Experience Season features two conferences, each consisting of three divisions tailored by birth year. The West Conference is hosted at Tim Hortons Iceplex and Holiday Twin Rinks, while the East Conference is located at Capital Arena. This setup includes divisions for players born from 2011 to 2017, encouraging skill development and competitive growth. The league encapsulates the excitement and passion of youth hockey, providing a unique platform for hungry athletes aspiring to elevate their game to new heights.
