About Youth On Board
Youth On Board is a dynamic and youth-driven non-profit organization founded in 2018. Based in the vibrant University town of Shtip in North Macedonia, our mission is to promote youth development and empowerment through philanthropy. We firmly believe that education has the transformative power to improve the lives of young people, their families, and communities.
At Youth On Board, we plan and organize various events that showcase the impact individuals can make in their communities while encouraging acts of giving back. We are dedicated to promoting best practices in youth development by offering advice, training, and resources to young people and those working with them. Our focus is on active youth citizenship, which involves young people confidently participating in their communities and having a voice in decisions that affect them, their families, and their country.
