Yrman Fix

Yrman Fix Ltd is an Abuja-based Nigerian organization focused on helping businesses and talent grow beyond dependence on a single founder or individual. It builds the structures, systems, and capabilities that support organizational performance, expansion, and transformation, combining diagnosis, research, intelligence, and strategy with practical implementation.

Its Enterprise Infrastructure services help organizations strengthen management and operations through organizational health checks, systems development, enterprise growth support, transformation, and organizational intelligence. Its Talent Infrastructure work develops workforce capability and connects employers with vetted talent through talent development, Talent Box, talent placement and deployment, and broader workforce development.

Yrman also runs acceleration programs: the Talent Accelerator identifies promising people and ideas, while the SME Accelerator helps young businesses establish the structure they need to grow. The organization positions itself as a builder, not only an adviser, aiming to create systems and teams that clients can continue using. Its research explores talent, business structure, finance, and organizational growth in Nigeria, informing its services and sharing evidence with businesses and the wider community.
