Yuki Health And Happiness

Yuki Health and Happiness offers exercise classes designed for people aged 50 and over in southern and central Adelaide. Led by Yuki and a team of qualified instructors, its programs focus on safe, supportive movement that can help participants build strength, balance and flexibility, improve posture, and maintain independence. The welcoming classes combine practical exercise with upbeat music, encouragement and opportunities to connect with others.

Programs include Strength for Life, which supports confidence and stability; Chair Yoga, which nurtures the body and mind; Senior Fitness, featuring enjoyable movement and rhythm; and Aqua Fitness, offering buoyant exercise that is gentle on tired joints. The brand describes its approach as accessible and tailored to real people, with classes intended to make staying active enjoyable and help participants feel more confident in everyday movement. Sessions take place at community centres and heated pools. Yuki Health and Happiness presents exercise as more than a workout: it is also a chance to build friendships, share laughter and take a positive step toward health and wellbeing.
