Yumeji Art Museum, located in the picturesque Okayama Prefecture, celebrates the life and works of the renowned artist Yumeji Takehisa, often celebrated as the "Japanese Lautrec" and a key figure of the Taisho Romantic era. The museum comprises three main facilities: the Yumeji Art Museum Main Building, the Yumeji Birthplace Memorial Museum in Setouchi City, and the restored Shonen Sanso Atelier, where Takehisa spent his formative years. Visitors can immerse themselves in an array of exhibitions featuring traditional Japanese paintings, folding screens, and oil paintings throughout the year.

The museum not only showcases an impressive collection of Yumeji’s works—thanks to the founder and first director, Moto Matsuda, a notable collector—but also offers educational programs for children and guided tours to deeply explore Yumeji's artistic journey.
