Yutai is a technology company building a utility layer for tokenized equities. Its protocol brings together information about the same company’s shares when they are represented by different tokens across blockchains, wallets, brokers and exchanges. By verifying holdings and how long they have been held, Yutai creates a Holder Credential that can establish eligibility for shareholder benefits without revealing a holder’s identity to the issuer unless the holder chooses to share it. Holders keep their assets where they are, and Yutai does not take custody of tokens.

The platform serves issuers and brands, trading venues, and token holders. Issuers can use Issuer Studio to set benefit programmes and eligibility rules, including by holding tier and country. Exchanges, brokers and wallets can integrate Yutai’s Venue SDK to display participating companies’ benefits in their apps. Developers can use its API to verify a wallet’s credential.
